Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of residential and/or commercial buildings
Assess compliance with building codes, regulations, and approved plans
Review permit applications, drawings, and technical documentation
Identify non-compliance issues and provide clear corrective recommendations
Prepare inspection reports and official notices
Liaise with builders, architects, engineers, and property owners
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
Qualification in Building Surveying or related field
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices
2-3 year experience in construction field
