Inspect buildings for compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building assessments.
Identify defects, issues, and risks, and recommend appropriate remedial actions or maintenance strategies.
Should be able to Read and make CAD Drawings as per site conditions
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a building or land surveyor (typically 2-5 years depending on level).
Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
