Conduct building inspection
Conduct building survey, check-out building layout, dimension and prepare the report
Ensure compliance with
ADREC
regulations and building codes
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering (Architecture Engineering preferred)
5-7 years of relevant experience (UAE experience compulsory)
Registered member of Society of Engineers (SOE)

Licensed by
Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT)
- required
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying tools/software
