We are seeking a skilled Building Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and mechanical knowledge to ensure the smooth functioning of the building.
Duties
Manage and supervise building maintenance staff
Maintain and repair electrical systems
Interpret and follow schematics for building systems
Implement project management principles for facility upgrades
Monitor and operate logic controllers for building equipment
Qualifications
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Possess electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
Demonstrated ability in supervising maintenance teams
Strong project management skills to oversee facility improvements
Ability to maintain a safe and efficient building environment
