Job Description

Building Services Engineer: Should beresponsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. They perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements. Responsible for addressing to and resolving day-to-day reactive maintenance requests, based on priority and severity of each. Monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance for assets and services, as to improve asset life cycle and adhering to local authority compliance. Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports. Determining facility and equipment specifications Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets. Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation. Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards. Preparing reports and compliance documentation. Building Inspection. Using the right tool to report snags and progress. Minimum Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering A minimum of 4 years' experience as engineer in a building services engineering department within a facilities management organization....
