Building Physics Specialist M/F

Job description
- Carry out desktop based simulations to assess the various factors of the building/public realm design such as but not limited to daylight, thermal comfort, shading, glare, facade radiation etc.
- Carry out energy modelling in line with ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G guidelines to estimate the annual energy consumption of the project and compare against the baseline.
- Independently carrying out simulations and prepare reports demonstrating the results.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with software like Rhino, Ladybug, Grasshopper, IES VE is mandatory.
- Knowledge and past experience with energy and comfort requirements of various sustainability rating systems like LEED, Estidama etc. is a plus.
