The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling construction and building materials, a strong understanding of the market, and excellent networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and engage new clients within the construction and building industry.
Visit construction sites, contractors, and developers to promote and sell building materials.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
