Building Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential building. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, managing tenant communications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting directly to senior management/ownership.
This position requires strong coordination, decision-making, and follow-up skills. The Building Manager does not need to personally execute technical tasks but must ensure all operations are completed correctly, on time, and according to company standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
