Building Manager - Huzaifa Holiday Homes (Dubai)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Building Manager to handle daily building operations, sales, and overall property management. The candidate must have strong customer service skills and previous management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee building operations, maintenance, and cleanliness
Manage sales, tenant inquiries, and occupancy
Handle customer service, tenant support, and issue resolution
Maintain records, reports, and daily operational updates
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in building management or customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage operations and sales independently
VISA:Candidates Must Have Their Own Visa.
Basic computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
