Job Description

Job responsibilities:
Managing a team of FMC's and BC's , assigning tasks and providing necessary guidance and training in coordination with the Human Resources Department
Report to Facilities Manager for the department KPI's, including weekly/monthly budget, operational cost, energy management and other defined department objectives.
Coordinate with Landlord and provide them reports as per agreed protocols and escalate matters requiring decisions from the landlord 's side.
Effective coordination with internal departments to plan tenant's move in and move out, service procurement and invoice processing
Manage tenant Move In and Move out experience as per company's defined process and ensure best customer experience for tenants.
Manage tenant requests during their stay and coordinate with Maintenance, Cleaning, Security and DLP contractors to resolve tenant's service requests.
Manage communication with tenants, develop tenant guidelines and implement rules and regulations in line with company and local authority guidelines.
Procure and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts for specialist services such as fire alarm/fire fighting, elevator, low voltage systems, pest control and garbage collection services.
Liaise with in-house Maintenance Management department to ensure PPM schedules are executed as per the agreed schedule and established quality.
Liaise with Soft Service Manager to ensure in-house cleaning and security services are delivered as per agreed service standards.
Day to day monitoring and management of utility consumption. Analyzing utility consumption trends and providing solutions to reduce utility costs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
