Job Description

Role: Inspector

Location: Dubai

To coordinate with the occupiers in the property and carry out inspections in a timely manner, take full and concise notes of the property details, take a full schedule of photographs, and upload the inspection notes and photographs onto the relevant folder, to allow the valuer to start working on the case.

General:

?Coordinate with the occupier of the property to arrange a suitable time for the inspection
?

Be punctual for all meetings and manage time effectively to ensure no clients/tenants are kept waiting.
?

Be aware of health and safety precautions when driving on the road (take a charged phone, spare water, inform the team of your inspection schedule)

?Present the company in a professional manner
?

Write detailed inspection notes and upload the inspection notes and photographs in timely manner
?

Check the condition of the property and the surrounding areas

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

?Minimum high school or diploma in relevant educational qualification

?Excellent geographical knowledge

?Good communication skills
?

Good time management skills

?Good spoken/written English
?

UAE Driving license is mandatory
