Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners. Conduct regular inspections of all properties to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Perform or coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and general upkeep (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.). Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime for any repair work.
