Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, gym room.
Sweep, mop and dust floors and surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
Clean and polish glass doors, and mirrors in common areas and entranceways.
Assist with cleaning vacant residential units between tenants, including dusting, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
Respond to any resident inquiries or requests regarding cleanliness in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist in maintaining a pleasant living environment for all residents.
Shared accommodation will be provided by the company.
Company-provided medical insurance.
Round-trip air ticket provided once every two years.
