We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidates will be physically fit, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors and carpets
Clean and disinfect restrooms, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, windows, and fixtures
Clean stairways, elevators, hallways, and entrance areas
Replenish bathroom supplies (soap, tissue, sanitizer, etc.)
Notify management of any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor (preferred)
Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
Good physical stamina and mobility
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings or evenings
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
