Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Provide security for company personnel, visitors, and assets.
Control access points by verifying identification and logging visitor information.
Inspect and secure windows, doors, and gates to ensure the premises are properly secured.
Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras.
Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents to the management.
Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations or medical emergencies.
Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
General Cleaning toilets and common area
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a security guard / building caretaker or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of legal guidelines for security and public safety.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Physical strength and stamina to handle security duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
