Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Building Architect
with strongsite experience
and a minimum of4-5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and supervision of building projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings. Oversee site execution and ensure work aligns with approved designs and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders on-site. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.), and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any design or construction-related issues. Report project progress, risks, and site observations to project management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 4-5 years of architectural experience within the UAE (mandatory)
. Proven site experience, including dealing with consultants, contractors, and site teams. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Familiar with UAE authority regulations and approval processes. Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Preferred:
UAE Driving License. Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
