Job Description
Job Summary:
The Builder is responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining buildings and structures according to specifications and project requirements. This includes working with materials such as wood, concrete, steel, and brick to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble materials for building frameworks and structures. Perform construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks. Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. Collaborate with other tradespeople, engineers, and site supervisors. Monitor materials usage and report shortages or defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
