Job Description
Role: OSS/BSS Manager
Experience : 12+ Years
:
- Handson experience in Telco domain with BSS/OSS.
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Support the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for process improvement
- Facilitate effective communication between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Participate in governance reviews, status reporting, and project health tracking
- Support resource planning, onboarding, and administrative coordination across teams
- Contribute to the maintenance of compliance and documentation standards
