Handson experience in Telco domain with BSS/OSS.
Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Support the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
Assist in tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for process improvement
Facilitate effective communication between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment
Participate in governance reviews, status reporting, and project health tracking
Support resource planning, onboarding, and administrative coordination across teams
Contribute to the maintenance of compliance and documentation standards
