DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES IN RELATED TO PATIENT CARE HOSPITAL:ÂÂ She will assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients consulting with ward sister. She will give direct patient care (bed making, changing of bed sheets, mouth care, back care, bed bathing, hair wash, changing of position etc) and allotted care to her by the ward sister. She will fulfil all basic needs (hygienic need, nutritional need etc) of the patients. She will provide comfort to the patient and maintain safety of the patient. She will take over the charge from duty nurse of previous shift, regarding patients (bed to bed), instrument supplies, drugs etc. and handed over the same to the next shift.

HOME CARE: Traveling to patients' homes and managing their care plans according to physicians' instructions. Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests. Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene. Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection. Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions. Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient. Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient. Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician. Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and lectures as required. Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.

REQUIREMENTS: BSC Nursing for Hospital-Female GNM Nursing for Home care-Female ANM Nursing for Home care- Male & Female

Terms and condition 1. Free Accommodation and free transport and free food 2. Duty 12 hours overtime will be paid extra on completion of contract Air passage will paid and by company 3. Life time contract Renewable in Five years. Nine-month duty with salary + One-month salary paid as leave salary 4. All other condition as per Kuwaiti labour law.
