Key Responsibilities
Brokerage Leadership & P&L Management
Oversee all brokerage functions: sales, leasing, and unit services
Develop and execute business strategies for growth and profitability
Manage departmental budgets and ensure sustainable P&L performance
Set team KPIs and ensure RERA and internal compliance
Monitor gross profit margins and acquisition costs
Operational Management

Represent the firm in high-profile, high-value transactions
Financial Modeling & Investment Advisory
Develop ROI, IRR, and feasibility models for clients
Deliver market comparisons and investment insights

Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of active property sales experience in Dubai
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends and property values.

RERA Certification
With UAE Driving License and a car
Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling complex transactions.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
Fluent in English/Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
