Job Description

The Role
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with real estate brokers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as the main liaison between the company and brokers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a comprehensive understanding of broker needs and expectations to enhance collaboration. In addition to clearing any issue between brokers and internal staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brokers receive up-to-date and accurate information about our properties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Distribute marketing materials, floor plans, pricing details, and other relevant property information to brokers in coordination with marketing and sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in organizing broker events, awards, presentations, and property tours to showcase our projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist brokers in the sales process, including coordinating property showings, managing open houses, and facilitating client meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide brokers with necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documents related to property transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of broker contacts, interactions, and feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze broker performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may impact broker relations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify potential new broker partnerships and collaborate with management on expansion strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct training sessions for brokers on our company\'s latest projects, sales processes, and unique selling points. \xe2\x80\xa2 Offer ongoing support and assistance to brokers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to promote our properties effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the real estate industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong broker relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and sales processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \xe2\x80\xa2 A proactive attitude with a passion for real estate and a customer-centric mindset.
