Lead and manage the store team, fostering a spirit of collaboration and enthusiasm.
Provide regular reports to the team in head office on sales trends, client preferences, and regional demands.
Oversee inventory and work in close coordination with the Sales Manager and team to ensure continued sales growth.
2-3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
Strong understanding of the design process and subcontinental garment craftsmanship to effectively assist clients with their purchasing decisions.
Fluency in English and Urdu; proficiency in Arabic is a major advantage.
