to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-quality coffee preparation, maintaining coffee equipment, and delivering an exceptional coffee experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages to customers.

- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.

- Ensure consistency and quality in every cup, adhering to coffee standards and recipes.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.

- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

:

- Certified Barista with 2-3 years of experience in high-volume coffee shops or cafes.

- Expert in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and overall coffee quality.

- Experience with high-end espresso machines and coffee grinders.

- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and drink preparation techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.

- Food Safety Certificate required.

Experience Level

:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in high-volume coffee preparation and quality control.
