Brazing And Leak Testing Operator

Job Description
:
- Should read the drawing and job order
- Measure and verify pipe size, length and dimensions as per drawing and work instruction
- Follow brazing procedures as per work instruction
- Post and Pre Cleaning of brazing joints as per procedure Inspect brazing joints after brazing to ensure proper joint made as per brazing procedure
- Should use and Maintain leak testing devices
- Should pressurize the system with mixture as per work instruction
- Should sniff all the brazing joints to identify leaks as per procedure
- Should use Inficon or similar leak testing machine and sniff the joints as per work instruction
- Should record the leak joints and remove the unit for rework
- Should repair the leak if identified as per Rework procedure and releak test
- Should participate in 5s and kaizen activity as per organization drive
- Should support other stations in assembly line as required
- Should maintain Equipment, Instruments, Tools
- ITI +10 Years Experience with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC manufacturing plant
- Able to Read drawings and Identify components
- Knowledge of leak testing procedure in HVAC system
- Able to identify brazing nozzles, maintain brazing setup and tools, brazing filler material, Flux.\xe2\x80\x8b
