Key Responsibilities
Manage and update aggregator platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon).
Handle menu updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor orders, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless delivery flow.
Liaise with kitchen staff, suppliers, and delivery partners.
Track performance reports, sales, reviews, and ratings.
Oversee activations and promotional campaigns on aggregator dashboards.
Requirements
3+ years' experience
in food delivery operations / aggregator management.
Strong knowledge of the UAE F&B delivery market.
Tech-savvy with aggregator dashboards and POS systems.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Based in Dubai.
