Master\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing / Digital Communications / Public Relations or relevant disciplines
Minimum 5 years relevant UAE working experience in Marketing, PR, Advertising, or related fields.
Must have experience in F&B / hospitality and/or music industry in UAE
Extensive knowledge of UAE\xe2\x80\x99s F&B market and its trends.
Great interpersonal communication and consumer service skills.
Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and drive marketing strategies to meet the revenue and growth objectives of the company
Conceptualise, implement, and manage all the digital & social media marketing campaigns, events, and PR \xe2\x80\x93 relevant initiatives
Formulate annual digital & social strategies to achieve the optimum level of focus on brand equity, consumer needs and commercial targets
Drive marketing strategies to increase social and digital presence for the company\xe2\x80\x99s licensed restaurants.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify the gaps, market opportunities, project flexibility and set realistic KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, prepare monthly summary on promotions and activity forecast.
Explore marketing opportunities and work closely with the local distributors on implementation of marketing initiatives and loyalty programs
Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to the management on the success of marketing plans with further plans of development.
