Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning



? Define and evolve brand positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple business verticals.

? Develop and maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure consistency across platforms, campaigns, and teams.

? Lead brand audits, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and white spaces.

Integrated Brand Campaigns



? Conceptualize and execute 360 brand campaigns across online and offline channels -- including social media, OOH, digital, PR, and activations.

? Collaborate with performance marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure brand-led storytelling that drives engagement and recall.

? Evaluate campaign impact and brand health through metrics such as brand awareness, preference, NPS, and engagement.

Creative Oversight & Content



? Guide the creation of brand assets including videos, visuals, brand films, brochures and web content.

? Work closely with creative agencies, content producers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and creative excellence.

? Maintain a high aesthetic standard and ensure brand assets are aligned with positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



? Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences at every customer touchpoint.

Act as the internal brand guardian, educating teams and stakeholders about brand values and guidelines.

Insights, Research & Measurement



? Leverage consumer insights, competitor tracking and social listening tools to inform brand decisions and campaign planning.

? Track brand KPIs using tools such as Google Trends, GA4, social analytics, brand lift studies and sentiment analysis.

? Present monthly and quarterly brand health reports to leadership.

Good to Have



? Experience working across both B2C and B2B brands.

? Exposure to lifestyle, services, or digital-first brands.

? Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, Brandwatch, or Talkwalker.

? Experience with localization and regional adaptation of campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications



? 7+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or communications.

? Strong grasp of consumer behavior, brand equity, and storytelling.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Proven ability to manage creative partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

* brand management, marketing strategy, or communications.: 7 years (Preferred)
