Responsibilities
- Executes program metric alignment and measurement.
- Provides input in monthly analytics of syndicated resources and internal performance metrics
- Guides agency partners in event marketing initiatives and execution
- Execute marketing plans including consumer promotions, advertising, shopper marketing, PR, digital and events
- Assist marketing team with the development and tracking of pricing and retail promotional strategies.
- Assist with P&L management and reconciliation.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong teamwork, problem solving and presentation skills
- Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, statistical software desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Strong project planning and management skills
- Highly motivated individual with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and sales knowledge in FMCG
