- Develops and/or facilitates the development and creation of the promotional plan and programs and ensure their consistency with the brand strategy.
- Develops and manages the promotion /communication budget and project timelines.
- Collaborates with brand team to make a convincing case for appropriate budget and expectations for marketing opportunities.
- Maintains awareness of competitive activity in consumer marketing
- Manages overall relationships with advertising agencies and other vendors.
- Responsible for the implementation of promotional/communication strategies, plans and programs in support of brand strategies and objectives.
- Provides input into Communication Planning and Operational Planning
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical or science).
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced degree(s) in Marketing / Business.
- Oncology experience is Preferrable.
