Job Overview: As a Brand Manager for F&B and Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the F&B and Retail industries, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.You must be based in the UAE and have local experience.** Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.Define and communicate the brand's value proposition and positioning in the F&B and Retail markets.Conduct thorough analysis of competitors in the F&B and Retail sectors.Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive opportunities to inform brand strategy.Design and supervise the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and content.Ensure consistency in messaging across various channels, including digital and traditional media.Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional events.Collaborate with product development teams to align launches with market demands.Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience in F&B and Retail outlets.Gather and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns.Track and analyze financial performance against set targets.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure brand consistency.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.Maintain relationships with suppliers and retail vendors.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.Work closely with design teams to create appealing retail packaging.Oversee in-store merchandising to optimize product visibility and sales.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.Utilize social media platforms to engage with the target audience and drive brand awareness.Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the Luxury Retail industries.Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
