Position Overview
The Brand Manager owns end-to-end brand performance across assigned stores, including commercial strategy, margin optimization, people leadership, and governance. The role requires close collaboration with senior management, HR, finance, and brand principals to ensure sustainable growth, compliance, and expansion readiness.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute short, medium, and long-term commercial and brand strategies
  • Set margin guidelines by category and analyze deviations to protect profitability
  • Ensure store layout, category mix, and visual merchandising meet brand standards
  • Drive operational excellence across customer service, stock availability, security, and compliance
  • Develop, control, and monitor budgets, operational costs, and inventory accuracy
  • Identify efficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising brand integrity
  • Enforce SOPs, audit actions, and profit protection measures across all stores
  • Recruit, coach, and develop store managers; build succession plans
  • Partner with HR to drive engagement, productivity, and manpower optimization
  • Act as a role model for company values and brand-specific behaviors
  • Maintain strong relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders
  • Lead store openings, market entry projects, and operational expansion plans
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, corporate governance, and brand requirements
Ideal Profile
  • University degree required
  • Proven experience in fashion retail brand management or multi-store operations
  • Strong commercial acumen with a sales-focused mindset
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and financial management skills
