Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive growth, awareness and positioning of the cosmetic product lines. Extensive experience in market and commercial analysis to drive brand expansion Ensure the brand's visual identity, voice, and messaging are maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends. Assist in the development and execution of the brand's strategy in alignment with business goals. Develop and execute brand marketing plans to meet clients' objectives. Innovate new strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Must have bachelors degree in relevant field. Must be available in or willing to relocate to Dubai. Must have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in cosmetics. Strong understanding of brand management principles.
