INNOVEX AGENCY is looking for an experienced Brand Director to lead and manage the strategic and creative development of multiple client brands. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving brand growth, managing brand teams, and ensuring brand alignment across all projects and deliverables.

The Brand Director will be the bridge between strategy, creative, and client servicing -- providing leadership across identity creation, brand expansion, market relevance, and long-term positioning.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic direction and identity development for multiple brands. Supervise and align the work of brand strategists, designers, and creative leads. Ensure all projects are on-brand, on-brief, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with clients, marketing leads, and internal stakeholders. Guide creative execution, brand launches, rebrands, and marketing activations. Monitor brand performance and suggest data-driven enhancements.
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in branding, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing skills. Deep understanding of brand architecture, identity systems, and storytelling. Experience in managing luxury or lifestyle brands is a plus. Strong strategic and creative judgment. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
