We are seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Brand Chef - Pan Asian to join a high-end restaurant in Dubai This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to be part of a dynamic kitchen, delivering authentic and modern Pan Asian cuisine to a diverse and discerning clientele.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of Asian flavors, presentation, and consistency in a fast-paced, quality-driven restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pan Asian dishes with consistency and creativity
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Southeast Asian)
• Ensure dishes meet restaurant quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Follow standardized recipes while contributing creative input when required
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Control food preparation, portioning, and minimize waste
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Pan Asian Chef in a high-quality restaurant or luxury dining environment
• Strong knowledge of authentic Pan Asian cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Passion for consistency, flavor, and presentation
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:
Full Package Salary: AED 10,000 - 13,000 per month
