Reporting to Senior Brand and Marketing Manager
Role Profile
Lead the marketing campaigns end to end to drive key programme KPI's
Support in brand building activities and value creation from the loyalty programme
Maintain communications calendar and clash of communications to customers
Review content and ensure brand guidelines are respected and followed
Support the Loyalty team delivering the launch and roll out business as usual marketing of Alshaya's loyalty programme
Build and leverage the Loyalty programme as one of the leading programmes in the region
Key Performance Areas
Support in brand marketing, social media, content, creative, PR, communications, CX
Identify value driving initiatives through data analysis
Develop tailored marketing materials for each customer segmentation
Help create a strong value proposition to service identified segments through engaging content
Drive compliance of the Loyalty Programme brand guidelines across the business (best practices in communication frequency, content, channels, data and workflow processes)
Deliver integrated marketing strategies that will build and grow the brand, leading to increased awareness, engagement, relevance and revenue.
Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies
Working closely with the Marketing Team to deliver the Loyalty Marketing Plan and promotional calendar
Deliver impactful, relevant omnichannel communications to drive engagement and increase linkage (aligned to the Loyalty Marketing Plan Strategy)
Stay updated on market trends and innovations, CRM and customer loyalty best practices
Report and measure on performance of all marketing activities
Work closely with Brand Health Tracking teams to measure the health and performance of brand
Develops and implements digital strategies to increase app downloads, app usage and CRM engagement
Delivers key insights and recommendations that optimize the performance of the marketing department and marketing programs/campaigns and assists the marketing department in the achievement of its goals.
Skills Required
Essential
Strategic thinker with an emphasis on operational excellence
Experience with overseeing web, app and digital projects
Ability to think of big picture and go into finer details as required
Commercial and ROI driven
Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create and translate visible value to the loyalty programme
Proactive, self-managing with organisational skills
Good problem-solving and a logical approach to work

Excellent communicator

Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic a bonus)
Experience
4+ years direct experience in Brand Marketing, CRM or Loyalty
2+ years in ATL and BTL marketing roles
Experience with Retail brands - areas of Fashion / Apparel / Beauty / Wellness
Strong experience of planning, executing and delivering Marketing Campaigns
Understanding of the different marketing communication channels (CRM, Offline, Digital, Social, ATL, BTL)
Expert user of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with paid media, SEO and social
