Key Competencies & Qualifications
Primary Requirements:
Demonstrated excellence in customer service with the ability to engage and support a diverse consumer base in a professional and welcoming manner Strong verbal communication skills: proficiency in English is required, bilingual capability is an advantage Proven experience in in-store promotional activities, including product sampling and brand activations Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment Valid UAE driving license (

) Immediate availability to join (candidates currently holding or seeking management-level positions, such as Brand Supervisor, will not be considered
) Competence in data collection, reporting, and field documentation Valid UAE work visa Currently residing in the UAE or willing to travel and relocate between cities as requiredAdditional Qualifications:
Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities, including field research and ad-hoc assignments Strong understanding of the UAE retail and FMCG landscape (e.g., Carrefour, Spinneys, and similar key accounts)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
