A leading edutainment company in the UAE is looking for a Branch/Store Manager in Abu Dhabi for one of their kids entertainment center

JOB PURPOSE:

You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the Center by setting targets, and ensuring they are attained. Skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role. The Purpose is to ensure Center will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.

KEY PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Operations and Strategic Planning

\xc2\xb7 Plan by the 10th of the month, the operations strategies for the following month.

\xc2\xb7 Review comparative sales figures for same month / week last year and plan ahead

\xc2\xb7 Prepare strategies for day-to-day operations in advance and brief the team on the goals

\xc2\xb7 Review the staff rota for adequate staffing is in place as per business needs by 20th of month

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all functioning zones \xe2\x80\x93 Salon, Retail, Caf\xc3\xa9 and Play etc. are aligned in the monthly plan

\xc2\xb7 Review any customer complaints and identify root causes, if any.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining all the operational manuals and documentation; ensuring all standards and procedures are up to date.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee all Health & Safety measures and operational policies and procedures are adhered to

\xc2\xb7 Oversee updates on operational SOP\xe2\x80\x99s & Centre operational manuals as required

\xc2\xb7 Follow up on all snags, maintenance and repair issues at the Center.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up on all ad-hoc Centre projects as discussed and agreed upon with Senior Management

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for asset management and asset registers pertaining to revenue \xe2\x80\x93 generating equipment, operational equipment, furniture, fittings as well as other asset related to and specifically fitted the operation.

\xc2\xb7 Host weekly staff meetings with all staff in person.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business operations according to organizational objectives

\xc2\xb7 Work towards maximizing sales and profitability across the center.

\xc2\xb7 To identify and overcome problems, with employment, operation or inventory cost challenges and will need to develop strategies to solve them.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining and increasing standards of customer experience

\xc2\xb7 Analyze data from evaluations, develop strategies and plans to increase efficiency

\xc2\xb7 Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation

\xc2\xb7 Oversee the management of stock control and ensure that inventory records are accurate.

\xc2\xb7 Have regular meetings with management about business updates, issues and opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support to Project teams ensuring the efficient execution of new projects

\xc2\xb7 Manage and develop relationships/agreements with malls and external partners/vendors

\xc2\xb7 Manage and develop relationships with all government and official bodies

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all important files, documentations are updated and saved

\xc2\xb7 Watch and learn from other operators in the business and adapt best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Be aware of market realities and prepare and plan in advance to manage changes.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee customer support processes and procedures, ensuring that high levels of customer service and satisfaction are adhered to
