Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive the overall profitability and P&L performance of the Dammam branch.

Oversee pricing strategies and trade development for the company, forwarding, projects, and packaging services.

Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team and overall branch staff.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients globally.

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and negotiate contracts to expand market presence.

Promote and leverage the company's value proposition to grow the customer base.

Manage the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies.

Oversee the growth and performance of each division within the branch.

Develop, execute, and manage the branch's strategic plans.

Implement and maintain best business practices across operations.

Drive customer retention and business growth through account planning and relationship management.

Report directly to the Country Head.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

08-10 years of experience in branch management within logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industries.

In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.

Strong leadership and commercial acumen.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Branch Manager NVOCC: 8 years (Required)
