Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in the beauty industry to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow Manage and supervise beauty staff (stylists, therapists, technicians, reception) Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction Achieve sales targets, manage revenue, and control expenses Handle staff scheduling, attendance, performance reviews, and training Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Supervisor in the beauty industry (salon, spa, or clinic) Strong leadership and people-management skills Good knowledge of beauty services, products, and trends Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Sales-driven mindset with experience in meeting targets Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS, and MS Office Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred (any discipline) Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in the beauty or wellness industry Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is mandatory
Working Conditions

Full-time position Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays
