Branch Manager

Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in food & beverages or restaurant management
Proven ability to manage staff, operations, and customer service
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and sales performance
Ability to ensure quality standards, hygiene, and safety compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability
Implement company policies and operational procedures
