We are a reputed exchange house in the UAE, providing comprehensive financial solutions such as money transfers, foreign currency exchange, and payroll services. To strengthen our branch network, we are looking for an experienced and performance-oriented Branch Manager to take charge of daily operations and lead the team towards sustainable growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve branch revenue goals by boosting sales performance and promoting additional financial products.
Drive customer acquisition initiatives to grow the client portfolio.
Strengthen customer loyalty by ensuring superior service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supervise all branch activities, making sure operations comply with Central Bank guidelines and internal policies.
Lead, coach, and inspire branch staff to consistently meet sales and service targets.
Formulate and execute plans to improve business development, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
Monitor branch profitability, operational controls, and cash management.
Resolve customer concerns effectively while upholding service excellence.
Liaise with head office on audits, compliance updates, and reporting matters.
Guarantee adherence to AML, KYC, and compliance protocols at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
7-10 years of professional experience in financial services, exchange houses, banking, insurance, or F&B, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated track record of leading teams, driving sales, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
Resilient, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
