Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Customer Service:

Ensuring exceptional guest experiences, addressing complaints, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency:

Managing daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and service flow, to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Financial Management:

Monitoring sales performance, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborating with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and attract new clientele.
Essential Skills and Qualities:

Leadership:

Ability to motivate and inspire staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and guests.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues that may arise during restaurant operations.

Customer Service Focus:

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding guest expectations.

Knowledge of Fine Dining Standards:

Understanding of casual dining service, menu knowledge, and food presentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month

Experience:
