Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage visual merchandising, product displays, and overall showroom appearance.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance showroom visibility and sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
