Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
daily restaurant and cafe operations
, ensuring smooth service and high standards
Lead, train, and supervise
FOH staff
, supervisors, and cashiers
Ensure exceptional
guest experience
and handle customer feedback professionally
Monitor
sales performance, costs, and KPIs
to achieve targets
Coordinate with
kitchen management
to ensure service flow and product quality
Manage
staff scheduling
, attendance, and discipline
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Control inventory, ordering, and wastage
Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards
Report directly to
Operations Management / Ownership
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Restaurant or Cafe Branch Manager
(high-end or premium concepts preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent understanding of
FOH operations and service standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours efficiently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with
POS systems, reporting, and basic cost control
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
