Job duties:
Lead, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Manage daily operations of rides, attractions, events, and guest services.
Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and oversee facility maintenance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and entertainment delivery.
Supervise cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and event scheduling.
Coordinate marketing initiatives, special events, and guest experience programs.
Track revenue, attendance, and address maintenance issues proactively.
