Monitor fleet availability, dispatch schedules, and route planning.
Ensure on-time delivery performance and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff including operations, drivers, customer service, and support teams.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skill levels.
Schedule staffing to meet workload needs and maintain productivity.
Must have experience in the transportation or logistics field.
