The Branch In-Charge is responsible for overall management and efficient functioning of the dental center. This includes handling daily operations, ensuring excellent patient experience, supervising staff, managing schedules, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to clinical and administrative standards.
Oversee and coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.
Manage appointment schedules, doctor rosters, and ensure time optimization.
Ensure availability of materials, instruments, and supplies by coordinating with procurement.
Monitor equipment maintenance and handle service requests when required.
2. Patient Experience & Customer Service
Supervise front-desk and reception activities ensuring excellent customer service.
Address and resolve patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure patient flow is well-organized from registration to billing.
3. Staff Supervision
Lead and supervise receptionists, nurses, and other non-clinical staff.
Conduct daily briefing and allocate responsibilities.
4. Financial and Business Tasks
Support marketing activities such as promotions, community outreach, and patient recall programs.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain documentation as per clinic protocols.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic or healthcare operations experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle conflict, multitask, and make quick decisions.
Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office.
