We are a reputed company, and we are hiring an experienced Branch In charge for our Take away outlet in Dubai
Roles and responsibilities :
Supervise day-to-day operations of the takeaway outlet.
Handle customer service, order flow, and staff coordination.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene at the branch.
Manage inventory, place daily supply orders, and track consumption.
Handle sales reporting, basic accounting, and POS system (if any).
Coordinate with the central kitchen and delivery team.
Ensure outlet operates efficiently during peak hours.
Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional service environment.
Candidates Requirements
1-3 years' experience in a food outlet, takeaway, or cafeteria setup.
Previous role as Team Leader / Supervisor / Shift In-Charge is a plus.
Familiarity with customer handling and basic hygiene standards.
Good communication in English or Hindi is required.
Malayalam fluency is compulsory
Indians from Kerala is preferred
