The BPO Manager will assist in establishing company objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products, and troubleshooting techniques, analyse data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to support customers in the best way possible. You should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and offerings. Should be able to manage a group of people in a crowd-sourced model, so as to ensure there is no latency to serve the incoming requests of data processing and to ensure pay-outs & people management in efficient manner.
